Well, in a nutshell, I'm flat out confused with running/compiling the code for AutoIT. I read your beginner's tutorial, Tiny, and I was able to breeze through and understand everything from it, so I read the AutoIT docs too, but I'm still a bit in the dark. One thing I don't understand is if I absolutely _need_ a windower of some sort to execute scripts for use in FFXI. I tried a few of the scripts available here, made my own, just messed around with everything in my reach, but I can't seem to get any of them to work inside FFXI. Is there something I'm missing? I've tried using HotKeySet() and WinWaitActive() to start the code, but it doesn't...do anything when I log on to my account. I'm pretty sure it should work, as I've used affirmed working code from the boards. I don't know if I'm the only one, but maybe another tutorial would be nice to have, one more in depth for AutoIT. Don't get me wrong, your beginner's scripting tutorial was great. I'll try to explain more of what I can't figure out if I can, right now I've got a bad hangover, I hate mondays.

After many hours of troubleshooting, I managed to run a few scripts, targeting mobs, casting on them, resting, sending tells, etc. The only thing I need to work on now is the FFACT functions with help from the FFHelper script file. I'll post on the FFACT or FFHelper section if I can't figure it out

FFACT Helper is a little rough around the edges. If it works for you, thats great, but most people are going to run into bugs. Keep in mind that you have to call the update function any time you want to refresh the info! Otherwise you will keep getting the same old stale data.
