Yea, newb thing to ask but Sleep(100) would mean 1 second right? it's im milliseconds correct? I ask because it seems like it's always sleeping longer. Even when I put it down to like 10ms, still slow. Maybe my system? Just wanted to make sure that it is my system and not me being a retard thinking it's in MS and it might not me.

1000 miliseconds = 1 second.
Sleep(1000)=sleep for one second

Actually, a tight loop with a 10ms sleep is reasonable if you want to get shit done fast. Even if you do something quick 10 times a second, thats only like 5% of your CPU max.
