Unexpected PixelGetColor results

PixelGetColor() is giving me a different color than what the AutoIT Window Info tool says should be there. I am collecting my expected results while running FFXI through a windower and have tried both the Screen and Window color settings in Window Info. Why do the results differ from the expected results? Am I doing something wrong when collecting my expected results?

Sorry, I figured out my problem. The windower gives you the option to toggle lighting and make everythign brighter. I did this when collecting my expected results and that seems to be why they did not match.
