Woohoooo.. I finally got it to work. And you were quite right metalo about this. I spent another hour to play around this, like install ACTool -> reboot comp -> uninstall ACTool over and over again =P because I really have no other way to solve this stupid noob problem beside writing my script again in ACTool. But I don't want to give up that easy yet, so then I installed ACTool again... but instead of reboot my comp.. I open ACTool.. then bang.. somehow it works =X ... $#@%@!%@ .... anyway.. Thanks alot!!! =D

Wow I don't recall saying un-install AC Tools, just ensure you're using 4.6.2 and after you installed it reboot your system. But hey if a solar flare makes it work for you, I'm sure Gama Radiation is actually good for cell development.
I'm glad its working for you.

For anyone who ever has this problem, I can vouch for this method.
What happened to me, was I kept getting that pesky Error #5 whenever I opened up FFACT and no info ever showed in the Debug window.
So...I downloaded ACTool, but the problem persisted. Only AFTER I actually ran ACTool.exe did the Error #5 stop, and now the debug window shows info.

You dob't need it running for FFAct to work, you only need to run ACtools once. After that it should work just fine.
