Hi all
I would like to start by saying my knowledge on this subject is very little but I have some questions that I hope some of you may answer for me.
my problem is this and im sure many other servers have this problem as well. JP always pull faster blah blah who hasnt heard that story but also on my server they use bots as well. I was in a LS that got fed up with this so they inturn decided to bot. At this time my LS was going throught a rought patch the Leader had to leave for real life issues and I have since then moved to a diffrent LS.
Now they have the bot it works great good for them they have been winning pulls agains 2 jp LS that have for a long time always gotten the pulls on HNM like nidhogg etc. The way the bot was explained to me to work is that it pulls the mob from the server before its even seen. Now the biggest problem i have with this right now is that the charcter using the bot cannot even fight fafnir hell i cant even be certain if hes past lvl 5 because all he has is provoke. I see the bot there ever day standing there waiting for the pull.
What gets to me also is that the person who found this bot or i should say the guy that actually runs the program he sometimes goes afk and just sits there for the pull and is then kicked from the party. I find this very irritating i mean if your going to bot at least stay there for it.
But anyways I was curious as to what can be done to out pull or counter such a bot or script im really not that knowledgable about scripts or bots for that matter so i ask for your help or opinions please.
On a side note i find it great NA can win pulls but to a certain extent i would like a fair share in these king HNM and i would also like it if the guy botting could at least show more respect and actually fight or participate in the battle rather then making it so obvious what that characters intentions are.
