Alright... long time no post...
anyway, I was wondering if there was a function for setting the z-index or z-position of a text or primitive. Just an easier way to set what goes on top and what goes on the bottom. Once you have a few objects loaded in your script it becomes a chore to keep re-ordering the declarations to get it right.
I looked through the docs and the other questions and i didn't see it anywhere. My most sincere apologies if this has already been addressed.

No, this hasn't been addressed yet.
Text and primitives in Lunar are handled through the windower api, and are treated as sprites in direct3d. Without reimplimenting the graphics stuff completely, (I have been thinking about doing this) there isn't much I can do about render orders. I'll consider it if I redo the graphics.
